I work with founders and product leaders building AI or immersive software. Together we turn an ambitious roadmap into clear technical priorities, resolve architecture questions, and help the team move through difficult decisions.
What's included
The $25,000 monthly engagement includes up to 20 hours of my time across:
- A weekly leadership session.
- Architecture, technical planning, and focused design/code reviews.
- AI or immersive platform decisions, including build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
- Written decision notes, delivery risks, and priorities for your implementation team.
- Asynchronous review and guidance within the agreed monthly allocation.
How we'll work
We agree one primary product workstream and the month’s priorities in advance. The engagement is designed for a team that already has people implementing the work. Hands-on product builds, a staffed delivery team, recruiting execution, incident response, and on-call coverage are separate engagements.

This is a defined advisory and technical-leadership allocation of up to 20 hours per month. The exact decision authority and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
Does this include implementation?
It includes focused technical review and guidance. Larger development tasks are scoped separately so the leadership allocation remains predictable.
