Working with Dave Can Code
Dave Can Code offers creative technology consulting, workshops, prototypes, product pilots, and technical leadership. Each service page describes a defined starting scope. Availability, final scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and payment arrangements are confirmed in a written engagement agreement before work begins.
Scope and delivery
Delivery depends on timely access to the agreed assets, systems, feedback, and client contacts. Additional work or changes to the agreed scope require agreement on any adjustment to fees or timing. A prototype or pilot includes the capabilities and limitations described in its scope; production deployment and continuing support are included only when expressly agreed.
Fees and bookings
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The engagement agreement or booking terms will explain applicable taxes, payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund arrangements before you commit. A website inquiry does not reserve availability or create an engagement.
Materials and ownership
You are responsible for having permission to supply and use the materials you provide. Ownership and licensing of deliverables, existing tools, and third-party materials are defined in the engagement agreement.
Results and third-party services
Services are delivered against the agreed scope and acceptance criteria. Commercial outcomes and error-free AI output are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms, software, and services have their own terms and availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Which terms apply
If these general website terms conflict with your signed engagement agreement, that agreement takes precedence for the engagement. Updated website terms do not change an existing agreement without the parties' agreement.
