AI Product Pilot
Move one valuable AI idea from a promising demo into a pilot your team can evaluate.
$60,000 USD
Approximately 6 weeks

I help product teams build and assess a focused AI capability inside a real user workflow. That might be an assistant grounded in your documents, a tool-using workflow, or a generative feature. We choose one use case and define what useful performance means before building.
What's included
The $60,000 base engagement includes:
- Use-case definition, architecture, and pilot acceptance criteria.
- One working application workflow with up to two agreed data or tool integrations.
- A focused interface and a demonstration in a client-controlled environment.
- An evaluation set, baseline results, and documented failure cases.
- Observability for the agreed workflow, cost/latency measurement, and human review where required.
- Source handoff, operating procedures, and a prioritized implementation plan for the next phase.
How we'll work
Over approximately six weeks, we define the workflow, build the pilot, evaluate it against agreed cases, and hand it to your team. Two consolidated review rounds are included: one on the workflow and one on the working pilot.
You provide an accountable product owner, representative data, integration access, and a technical contact. The base scope covers a bounded pilot. Broad data cleanup, model training, extensive enterprise integrations, compliance certification, and ongoing production operations require separate scope. Hosting and model usage are billed to your accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a production rollout?
The deliverable is a pilot with explicit acceptance criteria, evaluation results, and a handoff. Production rollout is scoped from the pilot findings and your reliability, access, and operational requirements.
Can you use our existing models and stack?
Usually. We assess the current environment at the start and choose the implementation that fits the workflow and constraints.
Do you guarantee accuracy or ROI?
We agree measurable pilot criteria and report the results and limitations. I do not promise that an AI system will be error-free or guarantee a commercial return.
